OUR PROCESS

We visit your home and walk your property while listening to what you would like to see and envision to give your home a night life. We are happy to make suggestions while showing you light options and all the hardware finishes you have to choose from. Expect this visit to take an hour of your time to while we go over prices and maintenance warranties as well.

DESIGN

Once all fixtures have been chosen and measurements have been taken, we create an illustration showing all the fixtures suggested placements. This will give you a peek towards the final reveal. Once everything has been approved, we schedule a date for installation.

INSTALLATION

On the big day, you don't have to worry about anyone walking through your flower beds or damaging your landscaping. We pride ourselves on working neatly while doing our best not to disturb anything on your property. Special attention is taken while laying underground cables so nothing gets disturbed by lawn equipment. We also come prepared with our pockets loaded with dog treats, we like making new fuzzy friends.

FINAL WALKTHROUGH

Now that everything has been installed and working correctly, we will have one last evening inspection to walk the property while making any needed adjustments. We visually check all the lighting fixtures, making sure they are set to the correct level and warmth highlighting your home and its architectural elements properly.

SUPPORT

Your new outdoor lighting comes with a one-year Aura warranty on all new equipment (in ground wire excluded), followed by the manufacturer’s warranty that lasts anywhere from five years to a lifetime (in ground wire excluded). Want a little extra peace of mind? We've got you covered. Customized service plans are available for additional cost because it's nice to know that "you got a guy" to call any time you run into a problem. Plans can handle everything from kids damaging fixtures while playing in the yard, landscape overgrowth interrupting lighting effects, pesky critters digging up wires, landscaping and lawnmowers causing chaos, or even heavy snow pushing your lights out of alignment.
